The DE920 packs many features and functions including 32 RIC, 9 alerts/user profiles, and 1 expansion profile. Profile selection enables the switching on and off of individual RIC. The pager also features a frequency synthesizer using PLL technology, which offers a high degree of flexibility when adjusting the receiver frequency and improves serviceability.

The high-contrast 5mm large font, large display, and 3-button operation- with scroll function-makes the DE920 one of the most user-friendly pagers available.
